At PCGCampbell, we’re committed to developing skills, competencies and talents so all of our employees will be successful in their careers.
To do this, every PCGCampbell employee takes a series of mandatory and optional courses. A course about quality and environmental management, for example, explains PCGCampbell’s commitment to good work that’s also environmentally responsible. Every employee also gets a detailed introduction to a major focus at PCGCambell, project management. These classes lay the groundwork for successful careers and show employees the company culture and skills necessary to perform their jobs.
In addition to internal training, PCGCampbell employees are encouraged to find external classes and receive training credit for classes they want to take. Hours are tied directly to performance evaluations, giving people the chance to advance their careers or earn more based on how much training they’ve received.
By taking a leading role in developing the skills, competencies and talents of our employees, we show how important our employees are to the growth of PCGCampbell. Aside from the requirements outlined in our ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, learning and development are critical components to success. Training is not only healthy and good for each employee, it’s good for PCGCampbell and, in turn, our clients.
PCGCampbell offers its employees over 50 in-house training programs. A few of them include:
- Business of the Business
- Business Writing
